Petr Semyonov – People’s Artist of the UASSR, Honored Artist of the RSFSR. He graduated from the Kazan Art College and the Kharkov State Art Institute. Semyonov was a member of the Union of Artists of the Russian Federation, corresponding member of the International Slavic Academy of Culture, Arts and Education and became laureate of the State Prize of the UASSR.
