Bulekov graduated from the Ryazan Art College in 1956. He worked in the Moscow Regional Art Fund of the RSFSR. He is a participant of city, regional, zonal, republican exhibitions. He is one of the oldest artists of Kolomna. The master’s works are represented in many regional museums and private collections in Russia and abroad.
